Her appearance is caucasian (white european).
However she could very easily have ancestry from any of the above ethnicities you mention, even very close. I’ve known black women married to white men have children as white as their father.
Appearances are deceiving.

Well lets see here I’ve lived in Oklahoma all my life and went to high school with many Native Americans as we lived close to a Creek Nation Settlement and believe it or not I knew many blond haired blue eyed Creek Indians and Cherokee Indians they could claim it because they had the Roll Numbers from the Native American ancestor that was forcefully removed to Oklahoma my own great grandmother was Cherokee but I do not claim it as I don’t think I’m intitled to it. Genetics is a tricky thing I’ve seen people absolutly claim they were of Scottish ancestry and then DNA prove they were French or German etc… So I think the point is that when doing genealogy your best bet is to make sure you can document all your ancestros to the best of your ability and then if you chose DNA testing it may or may not support your research. And if I had to guess on your ancestry. Native American, European? :-/ maybe. Hope I guessed right

For the past few years I have been doing my family tree. After going back, back, back, I found ancestors “all over the place”. Then I had my DNA tested and found confirmation of ancestors all over the place, from Morocco, South Africa (and a few other African countries), the Middle East, all of Europe, Innuits, Eskimos, American Indians, Pacific Islands, Mediterranean Islands, Iceland, Atlantic Islands, Carribean Islands, Australia, Central and South America…
So my guess is, hers is the same: ethnicity from all over the place!

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT
The first mistake was wasting $ on a female mtDNA test.
The second mistake was categorizing your query as genealogy. Genetics and genealogy are two different categories; the former may better fit under Biology or Anthropology. The money would have been better spent on a male (brother, father, grandpa) yDNA GENEALOGY surname research project.
Genealogy is about researching and documenting dead ancestors.
